Urgent Reminder – Director Identification Number (Director ID)

A director identification number (director ID) is a requirement for all directors of registered Australian companies (including sole purpose trustee companies).

Company directors are required to have applied for their director ID before 30 November 2022.

If you haven’t applied:
If you are a director of a company and have not already applied for your director ID, we urge you to apply now.

It is your obligation as a Director to ensure you apply by the due date.  We are unable to apply for this on your behalf.

If you have applied:
If you have already applied for this and have not provided your unique director ID number to our office for our records, it would be greatly appreciated if you could please do so as soon as possible.
